The 2020 Carson Valley Classic is an 8-team Varsity Boys Basketball Tournament in Minden, Nevada, which is located 45 miles south of Reno and 15 miles east of South Lake Tahoe. Douglas High School competes in the Nevada 4A League, which is the large-school league in Nevada (Reno, Carson City, and Las Vegas). We will host a first class tournament. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games, and we will have practice slots available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The tournament will include 3-Point and Slam-Dunk Contests, and a free breakfast for participating teams on Saturday morning. Players will receive a tournament T-shirt and there will be team and all-tournament awards! Kennedy High School (Richmond, CA), Acalanes High School (Lafayette, CA), Dakota Ridge High School (Littleton, CO), and Moapa Valley (Overton, NV).
